Returns

We have put in our good efforts, so everybody is happy with their purchase. Returns could be inconvenient for you, our team and our planet, so we request you to check the fit and sizing before placing the order.

SIZING - FIT ISSUES: If you'd like to return it due to sizing or fit issues, you can return your original products within the first 14 days of delivery. Please note that the product needs to be in the original packaging and should not have any signs of wear. Eligible returns will be accepted and a store credit will be directed for an exchange. Please note that we cannot do cash refunds post purchase.

PRODUCT - DELIVERY ISSUES: If you find your products are damaged or if you have received a wrong product, you can ship the products within the first 14 days of delivery. We can discuss further about the return options through email.

Please note: Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns. We do not offer exchanges on International orders. Refunds only.

If getting in touch about a return or refund, please include your order number and product s you'd like to exchange in the email to team@hervitals.co.nz

To maintain hygiene, we encourage you to try them on over your regular undies to see if you are happy with the fit. 

1. Get in touch with us at team@hervitals.co.nz with your return enquiry. Please let us know the reason of return, order number and items you'd like to return in the email.

2. We will update you further with the return address and other details. Make sure you to include your name and order number in or on the parcel.

3. Please reply to the return email thread with the tracking link, so we can keep a track of the parcel.

4. Upon delivery and a quick quality check, we will send you a voucher with the value of the contents returned. You can redeem this voucher on the website anytime!

5. All items must be returned in good condition and should be unworn to ensure that you receive credit.

It takes up to 7 days to process a return and 3-5 business days for the refund to take place.

You can swap them to the right products by sending the package through a pre-paid shipment. Your total order amount including handling charges will be refunded via store credits. Contact us immediately at team@hervitals.co.nz

Shipping

Shipping Methods are as follows:

NZ Express Shipping - $7 (Free Shipping for orders above $85)

AU Express Shipping - $20 (Free Shipping for orders above $200)

We only ship to New Zealand and Australia at the moment. But we aim to expand our operations in the near future. Send us a mail at team@hervital.co.nz or text us on our chat if you'd like to receive Vitals in your country.

We work to process the orders as quickly as possible. Our aim is to dispatch the orders within 1-2 working days from the order placement. The delivery for urban regions is between 1-2 days, while the rural can take up to 2-3 working days.

Once your order is processed, you will get an email from us with confirmation and a tracking number. If you have checkout using your mobile number, you will get this information by SMS. In case of any technical issues, you can email us at team@hervitals.co.nz for your tracking information.
