How long does it take for an order to be processed?
We work to process the orders as quickly as possible. Our aim is to dispatch the orders within two working days from the order placement. The delivery for urban regions is between 1-2 days, while the rural can take up to 3-5 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will get an email from us with confirmation and a tracking number. If you have checkout using your mobile number, you will get this information by SMS. Incase of any technical issues,You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your tracking information.

We have put in our good efforts, so everybody is happy with their Vitals undies. Returns could be a burden for you, our team and our planet, so we request you to check the fit and sizing before placing the order.
SIZING - FIT ISSUES: If you'd like to return it due to one of these reasons, you can do so within the first 14 days of delivery. We will check the condition of the products once we receive them through post. Please note that the product needs to be in the original packaging and should not have any signs of wear. Eligible returns will be accepted and a store credit will be directed to your account. Your total order amount will be refunded but not the handling charges.
PRODUCT - DELIVERY ISSUES: If you find your products are damaged or if you have received a wrong product, you can ship the products within the first 14 days of delivery. Your total order amount including handling costs will be credited to your store account.

How do I place a return?
To maintain hygiene, we encourage you to try them on over your regular undies to see if you are happy with the fit. If you would like to return it, then -
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. Make sure you enclose the top portion of the original receipt. (if you have lost your pack slip, please include your order number in a piece of paper).

Package should be shipped pre-paid through a trackable method. Please note that handling costs for sizing returns are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

How long does it take to process a return?
It takes up to 7 days to process a return and 3-5 business days for the refund to take place.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?
You can swap them to the right products by sending the package through a pre-paid shipment. Your total order amount including handling charges will be refunded via store credits. Contact us immediately at email@example.com
How can I claim the leakproof / product guarantee?
We offer a 45-day leak proof /product guarantee on our period/incontinence range, so you get to try Vitals on your next period/ flow. If you find us faulty or unlovable, you claim your return or refund after we discuss your reasons at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are enquiringly due to a leakage or something similar, please note that the leak proof guarantee can be claimed for leakages from the front or back. Side leakages are entirely dependent on body's flow rate and cannot signify product inefficacy. Please do click some snaps of the leakage (if any) as this helps us understand better.
