Returns and Refunds
Any item can be returned within the 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Undies must be tried over your regular briefs without cutting the hangtags off.
- Returns and Refunds cannot be offered if the hangtag/packaging is removed or items are used.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for refunds. We offer free returns on undiscounted items. Please contact us to discuss your options at team@hervitals.co.nz
